I think rich people are no different than normal people except they had a healthy mindset about money.

Once you start to experience some success, if you are smart an self-aware, you will realize this is a game of patience. Everything in life is a game of patience, the patience to see what works and repeat that over and over again until you master it. This is the same for every skill, it's the same for adjusting something you don't like in your mindset as well.

"Sets and reps over time" love that weight lifting anology. People don't want to put themselves through sacrifice and hard things to be a CockWeed. GSD!! And prevail time is our friend if you treat it as precious as it should be. Also, Phil Heath is 7x Mr Olympia could have been 8x, but Rhoden took it this year. #nappyvereen #Bedros #TheEmpire #motivation #inspiration #goals

Great video like usual! One point though, Big Ramy is the biggest, most muscular bodybuilder. Phil Heath was a 7x Mr. O because he was considered to be the most complete bodybuilder in the world.
